In 2023, Norco’s leadership team expanded to bring a wealth of knowledge in Engineering, Marketing, and Finance with its two new owners.
Norco’s new leadership has led to an expanded customer base, additional capabilities, all while maintaining an industry-leading response and delivery time.
Our Story
Phil Nori, the founder of Norco Precision, launched the company in 2003 with a mission to offer top-tier fabrication solutions tailored to a wide array of client needs. Coming from a background in metal fabrication, Phil brought a wealth of knowledge and a passion for top tier customer service and efficient production processes. Phil's dedication not only to the business but also to fostering a supportive workplace has made him a respected figure in the local industry and community.
