Beginning as a team of two and over the years expanding to six, Norco is committed to precision fabrication and only the highest customer care.
In 2023, Norco’s leadership team expanded to include Brandon Vannelli, Blake Hudak and Matt Hansen. These three, being friends for over 10 years, brought a wealth of knowledge in Engineering, Marketing and Finance.
Norco’s new leadership has led to an expanded customer base, additional capabilities, all while maintaining an industry-leading response and delivery time.
Our Story
Phil Nori, the founder of Norco Precision, launched the company in 2000 with a mission to offer top-tier fabrication solutions tailored to a wide array of client needs. Coming from a background in metal fabrication, Phil brought a wealth of knowledge and a passion for top tier customer service and efficient production processes. Under his leadership, the company has outgrown its original facility size, expanded to a team of 6, and led to a sale that expanded the team with new visionaries for further growth. Phil's dedication not only to the business but also to fostering a supportive workplace has made him a respected figure in the local industry and community.
